      Pros

      The best thing about working at Smith & Nephew has been the people I get to interact with on a daily basis. I've been fortunate to work with some of the smartest, hardest working people I've ever known. The fact that we make good products that help improve peoples' lives is a bonus.

      Cons

      Like any large corporation, Smith & Nephew has experienced its share of reorganizations that result in layoffs of good people. It's always hard to see someone you like lose their job. Also, the regular shuffling of senior management has caused confusion and delays in our product development projects.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
