Ok pay and benefits. Ok starter job in Med Device.
Cons
Laid off hundreds of good dedicated people and blamed the employees.performance. This is after they prided themselves as a company that did not furlough employees during the early pandemic. Continues to tell employees no raises for years even with great performance, while executives get promoted. Not competitive in pay. Culture is bad at this company and definitely a “good ol’ boys” mentality. No to little room for advancement.
