      Pros

      Great industry and held up even during the economic downturn the country experieced. Good personal satisfaction can come from the work if you like helping people. Family oriented and allows time to take care of family issues.

      Cons

      Not very organized, little training is provided to new office hires. Trial by fire. Nothing is streamlined, and too much bureaucracy when trying to get things done. Because the company is so big people are able to get away with not doing their jobs 100% and letting things slip through the crack.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
