      The benefits at Smith & Nephew are good, and well above city standards. The management team seemingly cares about the employees.

      In the last ten years or so, there is constant change and redirection of the financial management teams. Too much stress.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
