      -usually not much stress -most of the people are quite nice in the various departments

      Cons

      -an absolute chaos -poor management -high staff turnover -outsourcing of knowledge based jobs has meant that nobody is left who knows how to run the place -a number of suppliers are very unhappy too

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
