Some of the people are good people and you can make some friends
Cons
LOW pay, they claim they are trying to raise your pay and then when you ask about it later they say they are still trying .
No upward mobility (unless you know the management and play their games), you will not be promoted or given a higher position unless somebody dies, or they get fired, and you know the people that work in the office on a personal level.
They will not back you with the clients even if you can prove that what they client says is not true.
This is specifically about the San Antonio branch office. Little to no training on anything. The staff is shown the basics of how to do the job and work the posts they are assigned to but they are not given any kind of information beyond that.
