      Where to start?The management is a joke . They are so very PC in there management promotions. They could care less about the safety of their employees.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at smith security is because of my supervisor she would call in to us to make sure we were safe on post at all times. And we would call on post every hour.

      Cons

      Some downsides were if the weather was bad and someone would get there late they would fire them.
