Pros

Customers can be great Chill environment Schedule is super flexible

Cons

Employees not showing up Management being super chill about people not showing up Firing and rehiring within same week Owner is very rude and only towards girl employees Customers can be extra rude I mean you are working in food but still they can be nasty towards you Gossiping and judging 24/7 No one cleans and if they do it’s half done Shift leaders get all the blame and team members get away with just a slap on the wrist. Don’t become a shift leader unless you wanna get yelled at for stuff you can’t even control on a daily/weekly basis. Checks are never on time people are waiting Monday-Wednesday for a check He just now started paying over time but before he would be sly and not put it on your check. Breaks you can forget that you get a 15 min and we just earned that couple months ago. But even when you thst your break you get yelled at for taking it. You get all the stress of a manager with a barely over minimum wage pay. Worth it? Up to you. Take my advice and work for someone who actually respects their employees and pays well and you actually want to go to work.

Pros

Great support network, leadership teams at support center are always available to answer questions.

Cons

One challenge was the hiring process. At times, filling key positions could be difficult due to lengthy approval processes and multiple layers of review, which occasionally slowed the ability to staff stores as quickly as business needs required. Streamlining hiring decisions and giving field leaders more flexibility to recruit and onboard talent would help improve operational efficiency and support growth.
