Pros
-The leaders here are caring, transparent, growth-minded, and open to feedback. There are a lot of smart people here to learn from! -Opportunities to create and grow. If you care, work hard and show initiative, you can pave your own path here. -We work in an awesome office space with really fun people. The reviews here sound exaggerated, but I couldn't imagine working with a group of more dedicated and fun-loving people. Most people dread going into work each day - that doesn't really happen here. -"Sensei sessions" tailored around personal development. Your personal growth is just as important as your professional growth, and this company believes in that whole-heartedly. We even have a personal development library with tons of amazing books and courses to help you grow. -Dog friendly office -All the snacks you can eat :) -Happy hours and fun events every month
Cons
Not necessarily a "con", but if you expect work to be a predictable 9 to 5 gig, this isn't the right fit for you. Everyone is expected to contribute and there are growing pains (i.e. creating systems that weren't there before, doing things that aren't part of your job description, etc.) But if those things jive with you, you'll feel right at home here.
