Pros
I spent 6 years at Snap and I loved my time there. They think of everything when it comes to benefits and employee wellbeing. Free food for 3 meals a day when we were in the office and then daily post mates credit when we were working from home. 6.5 months of 100% company paid maternity leave or 4 months of fully paid paternity leave. They'll contribute 40k towards your adoption if you adopt while at Snap. They pay very generously and in my experience give a lot of autonomy and trust to employees. They really believe in their mission and are always working to improve the experience for both users and employees. I would truly recommend working at Snap to anyone who is lucky enough to receive an offer.

Not enough accountability for some employees and managers who get away with not being good at their jobs for a long time.
