      Compensation was fairly adjusted throughout the year. Awesome benefits, lots of flexibility around hours.

      Not a lot of structure - operated as more of a start up environment.

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
