Awesome people to learn & grow from. Good vibes and solid work/life balance. Great benefits and competetive pay for the industry.
Cons
Constant changes in leadership and team goals creates a lot of internal swirl (think last minute fire drills, change in focus areas or business narratives). Promotions can get quite political. While managers are truly great and support your growth, they ultimately have limited ability to grant raises & promotions.
