      Benefits are amazing! And the culture, especially the people, really are the reason for holding the company in tact.

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
