      Pros

      Benefits package is legitimate. Met some truly great people. Very much enjoyed my time with the company until they stopped hitting quarterly goals.

      Cons

      Management is atrocious. When numbers are down you are the scapegoat, things rolling downhill and such. Micromanagers with 0 accountability and ability to lead. Leadership is easy when numbers are good, they proved that their skills are sorely lacking in the hard times.
