They are in a booming industry

Cons

Too many office politics in the office. Nepotism was an issue in the management team. Incompetent superiors ask their subordinates to do a lot of chores and shirk their responsibilities to their subordinates. Some superiors will not give subordinates the opportunity to promote instead will suppress subordinates. Also, be prepared to have three or four superiors if you are in a relatively low-level position.
