Pros
Awesome team taking on really interesting problems. Great environment to push yourself while feeling supported by some really smart people. Leadership team all has amazing experience to lean on, and everyone is really sharp. Relaxed, fun culture (e.g. bring your dog in)
Cons
Depending on where you live, commute (while they're in Montclair) can be tough.
