Pros

Remote working although this is being removed. There are very few pros here.

Cons

AVOID! 2 lots of redundancies in 11 months. Let go of old staff for new friends. Only promotions for friends and for people who suck up to management. Salary/pay is shocking expect the world but pay minimum wage and complain about this. No flexibility, aggressive and arrogant senior team. Seriously ran like a members only club, told that women should have more of a voice than male counter parts as males already dominate the workforce. Push to let people go before they get to 2 yrs service so it's easier. The business is failing, they're not sure what they're doing and take it out on low level staff.

Great if you're in Scottish postcode, and one of the chosen few

Cons

Constant redundancies yo the people that actually bring the money in. The executive team is like a private members club with no sense of reality and fairness and really don't care about you if you're not in the club Do not trust the management here. Great with words that big themselves and the company but in reality growth is stagnant, its all smoke and mirrors or in other words, lies. Time management is ridiculous. Too many meetings where nothing is achieved, whilst the executives are plotting their next dramatic u-turn and next round of redundancies. Avoid at all cost, do not trust them You'll be there 2 years maximum then dumped, no matter how successful you've been in your role. Executives
