Pros
Salary will be given on time. Job security is also there till the time founder is happy with you ( you don't ask for leave, work overtime)
Cons
1. Company switches it's character as per their convenience. For coming to office, it becomes corporate ( if you don't come on time, it will be half day), but at time of leaving office, it will become startup( in operations we used to work for atleast 10 hours )
2. It is already six day working, apart from that they give only 8-9 holidays in a year.Limited leaves given but If you take WFH, it will be considered half day, late coming is half day. Even then if you save some days. Managers will deny leave for more then 2-3 days saying founders don't like people taking leaves.
3. Uneven distribution of work- You will see some people chilling in office and other people have to do unpaid overtime.
4. Founder's Behaviour is also problematic. Most of the people leave company due to this reason.
