      Pros

      I love the culture internally. It still feels like a smaller company where you can reach out to individuals without issue. The people are open and have a passion about what they are doing.

      Cons

      It is growing very rapidly, if you like certainty for longer periods of time, this probably won't work with you. If you want to be part of a lovely group of people that is on a hard-working mission, it is.

      Pros

      Snowflake are doing exciting things in the world of Data & AI. In general the people are nice to work with and willing to help. Salary is competitive

      Cons

      Run by engineers who don't always understand the market. Tend to build products/features without research to see if it is wanted. Little ability to change management thinking and your ideas tend to get push aside for management agendas. Way to much redundant paperwork and poor processes and countless meetings and reviews that achieve nothing that consume time that could be spent inovating
