Pros
- The pay rate for the tasks I do, on top of the over/double time received for extra work is definitely competitive to any other company I have ever had - The lunch and dinners provided are [almost always] delicious, and there is always a plethora of snacks, coffee, water and drinks available - When I am in need of a learning opportunity, my manager does not hesitate to reach out and coach me. I feel that I have a great relationship with all of my superiors where they feel comfortable correcting any actions I need assistance with, and I try to be quick in those corrections - The CEO is very approachable, wants and encourages feedback from employees in how to make the workplace and the company better - When miscommunications occur (see cons), the majority of managers/upper management are willing to give explanation to why something resulted the way it did
Cons
- There is a large amount of employees here, some of whom I still don't know their names. It can be difficult to feel fully united as a company when you do not know everyone - Due to the large amount of employees, it is difficult to always have everyone on the same page. Miscommunications can occur between management and underwriters and occasionally it can be difficult to result in a positive outcome for the customer
