Assaf Ronen is running this company straight into the ground. He often throws valuable team members under the bus publicly, and doesn't understand or appreciate the work being done. He's got a track record of this at his previous employers, and I'm confused why upper leadership hasn't corrected this.
Your stock options won't be worth the paper they're printed on due to constant cash injections from Saudi's, etc. They'll spend millions on a football stadium and then lay off key staff thinking that their responsibilities can just be absorbed by those left behind. And if all that isn't bad enough, you have HR making key technical decisions.
