Thank you for the 3+ years you dedicated to working at SoFi, and for taking the time to leave such a candid review of your experience. We're disappointed to hear working at SoFi didn't meet your expectations. We frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance. We are also planning on launching a formal Internal Mobility team later this year, with the goal of helping our employees grow their careers at SoFi. Plus, we know building a best-in-class culture starts with excellent leadership, so we are committed to giving our managers and people-leaders the tools, training, and support they need to help their teams thrive. Lastly, we do comprehensive action planning after every employee survey, and roll out those plans to our teams.
