Instant Hiring Instant Firing Culture.
Being one of the largest developers, employees would generally feel stable and secure. However, in the 3rd week of the midddle eastern geo political tension, they decided to mass-fire a large number of employees. No heads up, no severance, nothing. People entering the office in the morning had no idea that they would be wrapping up their desk by the end of the day. A false assurance was provided that they would call us back soon but nothing as such has happened. I know so many people who were good hardworking people who got fired because the company was taking its 'precautions'. Luckily I still have my job but every now and then I feel like quitting as it is not worth it.
