Pros
The culture here is wonderful. The senior leaders really care about their people. But also walk the walk and talk to talk. They put patients first. And really want to grow. The business ethically will also helping people with rare diseases.
Cons
Growing a little too fast and don’t have all the infrastructure in place yet. Trying to keep the culture going well still getting bigger and bigger.
