Pros
Very familiar atmosphere and good treatment of employees. They was very flexible when you had some problems and its a really nice place to work. Other benefits like disconunts in their products.
Cons
The salary was not very high, but instead of that the work`s conditions was linked with the salary that you recieved at the end of the month.
