Pros

Close-knit team. Very flexible in terms of assistance to the office and working from abroad. Great place to learn in the beginning of your career.

Cons

Not so many possibilities for progression the more senior you get. Salary could be a lot better.

Pros

The company offers great learning opportunities with household name clients. I learned a lot while here and fostered great working relationships. Work-life balance was generally good most of the time, but there were times when it was needed to work on the weekends and late nights due to 24/7 monitoring nature of this agency, but luckily it wasn't too draining and didn't happen all the time.

Cons

Pay was under industry standard.

Pros

Interesting clients and work, some friendly colleagues. Good gender balance, with many female employees in senior positions, which is welcome.

Cons

The Head of Research (who is related to the CEO) is a classic bully, picking on employees and making life difficult for them. She deliberately squeezes every minute out of them, so that you need to work overtime just to fit in toilet breaks. Employees are treated like animals. The working culture has a negative impact on the mental health of employees. There is no work-life-balance - every employee is expected to constantly monitor their inbox, with people on rotation for weekends and evenings. Interesting to note that most employees at the company require a work visa to be in the UK, so this obviously plays into the hands of the head bully, so that management can take full advantage in pressuring employees to do unreasonable workloads, even if unspoken. The company also lacks diversity, with all management white middle-class, who then use their power to protect those who come from the same background. There are no people of colour. There are no employees from the LGBTQ community. There are a few employees from Asia, that require a visa to stay in the country. There is a culture of nepotism as well, with relatives given jobs. The company pays very low for the amount of work undertaken, with no benefits offered. Holiday is below the standard.
