A) Starting Salary is good B) You get hands on experience building something that hundreds of thousands of users use daily C) Got to build products from scratch D) Worked on several technologies to build experimental products that were later used by Government etc. E) Management's commitment to spend 30-40% time on R&D projects
Cons
A) Start up requires heavy time commitment B) Lack of proper training staff for young engineers. Not a good place for engineers who need or, expect a lot of hand holding.
