      Pros

      Everybody I work with was very welcoming and willing to help me with whatever I needed! The atmosphere is filled with respect and trust and we still have fun together! It’s a virtual agency but that doesn’t stop us from being close to one another.

      Cons

      Some may think being a virtual agency is a con. But we love it! We are still close to each other and are all able to get our work done together.

      The company is incredibly honest and transparent, never overselling their capabilities. The work environment is fantastic, thanks to Jason and Joanna's leadership, fostering a collaborative and open-minded team. I've always felt comfortable sharing my thoughts, and my contributions are valued. The company generously provides all the necessary tools for success and offers competitive compensation and incentives.

      I haven't encountered any significant areas for improvement at this time.

      The hrs are extremely flexible and it's completely remote

      Cons

      They are a super small team so you do about 10 jobs in one
