If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What started as a promising career move quickly turned into a professional nightmare. The office culture isn't just "challenging" it’s cult-like. There is a pervasive sense of fear; no one speaks up because dissent is treated like treason. Management expects total devotion, yet offers zero transparency. You’re constantly walking on eggshells, trying to navigate a minefield of office drama and unprofessional behavior from leadership. The management style is purely reactive and chaotic. Half the time, nobody knows what’s actually going on because communication is non-existent. The "hot and cold" moods from management leaves the entire floor wondering if today is the day they get fired for no reason. It is an exhausting way to live. Don’t be fooled by the promises made during the interview. They’ll talk about raises and "performance reviews" constantly to keep you motivated, but those conversations never turn into a bigger paycheck. You will be buried under a mountain of tasks that were never in your job description. Expect to work long hours and weekends. Despite the "salary" status, the expectation of free labor is insulting, especially when the pay doesn't match the output. There is no training. You are thrown into the deep end with no life jacket, and when you inevitably struggle due to their lack of process, you’re blamed for it. Save your mental health and your resume. This company is a revolving door of burnt-out employees and toxic managers.
