Every department uses a different technology. Half of which could be eliminated if the HR team didn’t disable basic option for self service.

They spend like they’re a large company who’s growing when the reality is they’re a small company who has to secure funding every year because they aren’t profitable. After ten years are you aren’t a startup, you’re just bad at this.
