Management is very unprofessional. Expect calls and text and all hours of the day, and to be micro managed by the execs who are disconnected in regards what your are doing. 3 different execs have their hands in the pot and come up with requests without aligning. This leads to contradictions and competing priorities, which result in various “fires” that need immediate attention.
There is also an expectation that every employee by an expert at configuring their software. On the surface it is a good idea, but there should be various standards of knowledge for various positions, not everyone be an expert. This expectation results in having to work on assignments/homework outside of business hours. If you do not score 85% or higher you are subject to termination.
Lastly, management openly says everyone is replaceable and if you don’t like their standards you can or will be replaced. This combined with the other items leads to a very hostile work environment that has lead to high turnover. Most employees have a tenure of about a year, and outside of the leadership and development teams overseas you can not find someone past 3.
Ps, only 2 weeks vacation until you hit 5 years, what a joke in this day and age.
