Pros
Comp structure used to be good, and was part of a solid team with an incredible manager for some of my time at Sofwave.
Cons
Some individuals in middle management embody everything that is wrong with the culture of the aesthetic industry- good ol boys, loyal to their drinking buddies, protecting their pals at all costs, even when those pals/reps aren’t selling and blatantly not even doing the bare minimum. Some regional directors are only there to ask you what you have coming in for him, without ever offering any help. Some RSMs are only there to belittle you every chance they get and make your life harder. Also, Corporate changed the comp structure, making it impossible to make the kind of money ASMs used to make, so it’s definitely not worth the abuse you’ll endure from a director who could never sell one of these machines on their own, even if they tried!
