      Pros

      Free tea and drinks whilst working

      Cons

      showroom was used as shelter from the rain, had to learn so many different fabrics and codes, didn't get treated like a valued member of staff, didn't get paid above minimum wage. wasn't managed well at all, a lot of promises at the start but if you ask around everyone is told the same story.

      great product, fast paced and dynamic, great friendly atmosphere, amazing opportunities to get exposure and take on real responsibilities

      Cons

      it's still a relatively small company and therefore sometimes you have to get your hands dirty doing some basic stuff too. it's great though- it's the real deal!

      The concept itself is ingenious Product is actually quite nice and high quality Staff members are fun and personable Location is great Plenty of freebies

      Cons

      Management or lack thereof No formal training; very "sink or swim" Compensation is based upon how much management likes you, not the work you do.
