Pros

Global, beautiful properties, travel opportunities, employees perks, good training programme, some great managers and general managers

Cons

-Outrageous behaviours from expats in certain countries, especially in less developed countries like Vietnam & Cambodia. -Depending on the owner, some properties are well maintained with sufficient staffing and good culture. Some are nightmares where owners refuses to pay for maintenance, try to get out of paying bonuses and generally doesn't care about employees welfare. -Worst experience : Being robbed of cash in Cambodia by an internal staff while staying at hotel's provided accommodation . Another incident was being refused to pay year end bonus and last month salary as well as returning personal belonging, until I had to seek a lawyer's hep to draft a legal letter demanding for these to be paid and returned. *HQ people are nice but not in touch with property level. Overloaded and fear for their own jobs after the recent acquisitions.
