First and foremost, a wonderful CEO; Christine Do really cares about her employees and does everything imaginable to make their experience at Soft Tech, a great one. She even goes out to the customer sites to meet with as many employees as she can. Salaries are extremely competitive, bonuses, vacation and tuition reimbursement are excellent perks as well. Management is flexible and willing to do everything possible to make the employee happy. 100% open door policy from management all the way up to the CEO! Soft Tech is more like a small family vs. being treated like a number and I've worked for smaller companies who can't come close to what Soft Tech offers. For the first time in more than 30 years of working, I've found a home and that's at Soft Tech Consulting!
