Pros

Fun working environment with some pretty great people. Fast-paced environment. Typically good training with smart individuals. Attain skill sets for which you may not ever be exposed.

Cons

Top officers lack empathy and connection with the rest of the team. Employees are often terminated with no warning or performance improvement plans. There is little regard for the time and effort employees put forth to better the company, and the employees are let go with literally zero explanation. Goals and benchmarks are not clearly defined. Work specifics and expectations change rapidly, which makes it difficult to keep up with duties.

Pros

I love working here! I come from a sales background and loved what I did but needed to switch things up. SoftVu has been the perfect new home for me. I love everyone at the office, we all work together to achieve our goals, and everyone is very supportive. The benefits are great - my husband, son, and I all have coverage through SoftVu. Plus, we are highly encouraged to volunteer for our community as a team in our free time. The work is challenging and always keeps you on your toes.

Cons

You will work hard and sometimes long hours, but you also get to play hard.

Pros

The people are great, beer:30 Firdays are fun, cool office set-up if you like an open office environment. Individually, everyone here is great and little office politics, unless you are a bit different. People stay a long time and benefits were good.

Cons

Severly undercapitalized, therefore they cannot afford to hire the best talent, esp. on the tech side. They are a small company with a leader that wants to be the next google, but with the vision or cajunas to take risks and try new things or think outside of teh box. There is an inherent glorification of the CEO that is necessary to fit. While he is a great guy, the refusual to challenge his ideas creates an environment only condusive to a staff of sheep. Stay away if you are innovative.
