Constant over-working, without additional pay culture and employees are expected to be on-call on weekends. Everything is a P1 and priorities get masked by what issue has a closer target completion date (which again isn't decided by the people who actually work and understand what the issue/enhancement is, in the first place).
Company has a so-called "remote work" culture but will provide you with a desktop instead of a laptop (which again combined with weekend on-calls, you are supposed to forget about personal life). The reason for this is "sensitivity of data", but again a few people in the same vertical organization and the same level of access, have laptops. Company also doesn't provide sick leaves.
