Softlanding provides great growth potential to those who are interested in taking advantage of life long learning. Always exposed to new products and technologies and colleagues who you can bounce ideas off of. Great office renovation and team building activities. Any after hours work is scheduled in advance so you are not tied to your phone and can have some balance!
Cons
Some people may be uncomfortable with getting out of their comfort zone and learning new things at a rapid pace.
