Pros
1. People who worked in software AG will go to heaven because they already felt what the hell is. 2. Best place to work if you haven't feel to go home. 3. You will get very good hikes if you follow whatever your manager says. 4. If you wanna growth then keep your self respects out of the gate while entering into office. 5. They are very good in balancing the team members, past 2 years 40+ new employees joined in a team (started with around 20+) but still team size never exceed 20+.
