Pros
The engineers and architects at this firm are the best in the business. These hard-working, talented people comprise the heart and soul of this company's success.
Cons
There is no executive-level support for bids and proposals even though RFXs are always going to be required in the highly competitive IT industry. The sales teams are allowed to pursue too many blind opportunities and there are no mechanisms in place to limit these losing efforts. This ultimately costs the company millions each year and brings down the overall win rate.
