      - Great work life balance - Opportunity to work remote in times of need - Clan like (family like) culture - Just compensation for services provided - Advancement and growth is widely encouraged - Free snacks and company events to keep the motivation high -Employee voice is heard and considered in making company wide decisions

      Cons

      - Work could be tedious sometimes - If you are working with a team, sometimes they might hesitate to pass the work along due to person's (I WANT TO DO IT ON MY OWN) nature but its not that bad
