High turn over rates because management sucks, and office gossip. There’s constant hipaa violations. The management are bullies, and have favorites. They will lie about giving you raises and ‘promotions’ but will never come around to it. They do nothing but sit in their office and gossip, and constantly gives their work to all the office staff to deal with… The management makes mistakes all the time but when it comes to office staff there’s no room for mistakes with out getting threatened of being fired or written Up or retaliation. They all have big egos, they act like they’re better than everyone because they have a bigger pay check and does not stand up for their employees.. Management rarely intervened when patients curse and disrespect the staff …. The management and ‘polices’ are constantly getting HORRIBLE feed back from Google and from patients, but the providers and management does nothing to fix it and just blames it on office staff…. The office is full gossip mean girls, disrespect, and it’s an over toxic environment. The management will talk down to you, right in front of patients and other staff members. The managers can never take feedback or criticism, they’ll just retaliate and use it against you, and treat you different. There is lack of trust and excessive stress by constantly giving more work, or changing ‘work flow’. There’s no compensation for your time.
