-you are hired to literally sort through their trash (cold leads) -they put 0 effort into training you and everything is unpaid -no room for actual growth, it's just a meat grinder for people to sort their old leads and help milk every last drop out of their previous leads for their solar specialists to do sales -will promise you the world and insist you go fulltime and quit your job despite knowing they are bringing you in for the purposes stated above

Flexible work-from-home arrangement. Sale management really nice. Good entry level sales job.

High volume sales. Commissions are small for the work required. Grind to close projects and then grind to get paid the commissions you earned. Even after they're paid they get clawed back for one reason or the other. Base is small, no benefits or pension.
