Bad culture and work environment - Administrative SolarFrame Employee Review

Staff are so scared of loosing their own jobs they act in underhanded ways. All staff rude even drivers It's normal in the office to hear managers being abusive to other members of staff the fitters etc. Nearlly everyone is out for themselves. The culture is very bad. HR does not stick to any rules or regulations and can't keep staff under control. They don't care about mental and physical health. There so far from an equality employer it's shocking. Your watched constantly on cameras and not treated like an adult. Micro managed is an understatement your even told how to park your car, where to eat, what to have on your desk, to walk into the building in a certain way. Oh and your levels of alcohol can be tested even if you work in the office and walk into work. Take one look at their Google reviews which confirms most of these points.
