There isn't a single good thing about this company.

Leaders are complete flops, management is poor, work culture is toxic, policies work as per their convenience, Managers are good for nothing, HRs are biased, and employees are used and thrown away without being paid. The company creates a polished image from the outside, but the internal reality is far worse. They are obsessed with driving sales at any cost, keeping both customers and employees in the dark. Joining this company was one of my biggest mistake. Even if this company is your option, don't join!

They Provide high Salary and Positions. But they don't know what works should be given to the Employee. Good Exposure.

Poor Management. High Cost of product comparing their Competitors. Work life balance is so poor. Worst Behaviour of the Managers and Team Leader. Zero Process.
