Pros
Not everyone is horrible. There are some truly good people that work there. There is a chance you may be able to hit quota if you run yourself ragged. Great place to get your foot in the door if you don't have any tech experience. They will pretty much take anyone.
Cons
Not a good company! The CEO makes it very clear, their only concern is how to make the most profit. The software it no longer the top of the time. The sales team is put under a microscope. Your day consists of keeping up with hourly metric reports, harassing the same customers over and over again, and fabricating forecasts. Every Friday is a desperate search to close deals. Less then 50% of people actually hit quota. If you ever want to feel like a used care salesman of software this is the place for you!
