Solaris will always hold positive memories and was a big part of my development. I was a summer student and was the perfect environment to learn and grow. Management down to the staff was supportive. Never perfect but they always give it their best and always treat each project as if it were being installed on their own homes.

Fast paced and sometimes get a few miserable customers.

Up-beat staff that seem to like their jobs. Staff laughs together often.

Owner doesn't take constructive feed back well. Difficulty keeping to a decision and flip-flops on product lines When asking for additional training or assistance he says he is to busy, doesn't have time to "spoon feed" the information. When you eneviably make a mistake, where's your common sense?!
