From the start, remote induction couldn't have been better managed- Level of engagement from fellow staff reflected the real team spirit that prevails right through the org. Staff are consistently updated about company direction and strategic thinking- reflecting the fellowship that exists.
Cons
After 4 months, I still haven't met anyone face to face!
