Expect (if you’re lucky) good leadership above your team and you’ll be engaged and overall satisfied. As of 2026, they are doing their best to turn the ship around but it’s run by pirates and not sailors. A job. get paid decent, full time remote. However - who you work with make or breaks the experience and the bucket is full. If you’re an introvert or have an active social life and don’t care about getting promoted, Solera isn’t really all that bad to work for.

Read below, and don’t expect a promotion. Raise this year I think 3%, was grateful though. My manager and I get along well.
