Pros
Lot of freedom in my work and a lot of room for personal initiative. Very supportive and efficient leaders. Interesting products and projects with a lot of users worlwide. Get rewarded when you go the extra mile. Had to leave due to non-job issues.
Cons
Not so well organized. Senior management changes plan often, but this barely has an effect.
